The 2nd ELGPN Plenary Meeting
The Second Meeting of the European Lifelong Guidance Policy Network on 19-20 May, 2008 took place in Bled, Slovenia. The meeting was organised jointly by ELGPN, the Slovenian National Education Institute and the European Commission. The focus of this meeting was on the update of the current activities and preparation of the work programme 2009. First, the meeting discussed on the progress of the two peer learning activities arranged during the spring 2008 in Vienna and Prague. Secondly, the meeting discussed the draft French 2008 EU Presidency resolution on lifelong guidance and its implications for the ELGPN future work programme. Thirdly, the meeting prepared a first draft of the ELGPN work programme for 2009 and of the budget proposal for the 2009 grant application to the Commission.
