The 3rd ELGPN Plenary Meeting
The Third Meeting of the European Lifelong Guidance Policy Network on September 16, 2008 took place in Lyon, France in conjunction of the French 2008 EU Presidency conference on lifelong guidance “Managing Transitions: Lifelong Careers Guidance within the European Area”. The meeting was organised jointly by ELGPN, the French Ministry of Education Institute and the European Commission. The focus of this meeting was to finalise the ELGPN work programme 2009-2010 and the budget proposal for the next grant application to the Commission.
