Project overview
In this development project different kinds of solutions are explored and experimented in order to link the learning of working life competencies to academic studies in different universities, subjects, and programme cycles. The project is carried out co-operatively by researchers of learning and teaching, university teachers, developers of teaching and research, and developers of guidance and recruitment services at the at the

The aims of the project are as follows:
- to implement interventions as well as curricular and pedagogical solutions that integrate scientific thinking and academic syllabus with the learning of working life skills in Bachelor, Master and doctoral level programmes;
- to develop university entrance examinations from the perspective of the recognition of working life competencies;
- to follow up academic study and career paths as a process from entrance examinations up to entering the labour market;
- to take advantage of student counselling, study register systems and recruitment services in striving for the above-mentioned aims.
