How to update the staff page?
Instructions for updating the staff page:
1. Navigate to your own staff page at https://ktl.jyu.fi/henkilosto or https://ktl.jyu.fi/en/staff. Log in with your university username + password (upper right corner).
2. In the green bar you can see four options: Contents, View, Edit, and Sharing. Choose “Edit”.
3. Now you can see two tabs (Content and Contact information). You can freely edit any of the information. The biography editor is similar to the editor in Microsoft Word.
4. If you for example need to link anything, press the “chain icon” in the editing bar and choose “External"/"Ulkoinen”. Pictures can be added with the "tree icon".
5. When you’re finished with your editing, remember to save (scroll down to see the save button).
If you want to add your publications to the webpage, go to the “View” tab and “Add new” -> Page/TUTKA page (green bar, on the right). If you add a Page, you have to manually add your publications (copy paste). If you add a TUTKA page, the TUTKA publications will appear there automatically (after 24 hours or so).
After you have added a page, remember to change its status from "private" to "public" in the upper right corner.
Preferably update both the Finnish and the English staff page.
